1. Be responsible for the maintenance and management of the dealer relationship in the region, and provide support and services as required;
2. Be responsible for the dynamic sales, promotion and distribution plan and implementation of dealers in the region, and assist dealers to complete the dynamic sales plan
3. Be responsible for the planning of promotion activities, organize the planning of dealers' market activity plans and implement them according to the guidance of the company's market strategy;
4. Be responsible for the development and daily business management of terminal outlets in the region, and assist dealers in mobilization negotiation, customer information maintenance, price management, etc;
5. Be responsible for maintaining the market order in the region, such as dealer price control and channel management, and establishing a good market environment,
6. Responsible for ordering, tracking and implementation of customers in the region, on-site verification or audit of goods returned or exchanged by customers, verification and control of market expenses, etc.
1. Fresh graduates with bachelor degree or above in 2022;
2. Marketing, management, economics and Chinese literature majors are preferred
3. Experience in student cadres, class cadres and social practice is preferred;
4. Responsible, able to bear hardships and stand hard work, strong pressure resistance;
5. Have excellent communication, coordination and planning skills, and have a certain interest in the Baijiu industry.
