The EMED Endoscopic Microsurgical Endoscope System represents a new advancement in minimally invasive spinal surgery, following a series of techniques including MED, PELD, UBE, TUBE, and OSE. This technology offers innovative solutions and new opportunities for academic development to surgeons accustomed to traditional small-incision procedures. EMED further minimizes the invasiveness of small-incision procedures by integrating a high-definition intra-disc camera, light source, and dilation channel into a single unit.
